• Press Advertising - Depending upon the kind of property we are marketing and where it is located, we will plan a schedule of advertising in various specialist property and local publications.
• Mailshots - We send details of each property we are marketing to those applicants on our database with matching requirements . We also have comprehensive mailing lists that also enable us to send property details to large numbers of prospective occupiers.
• Corporate Events - For larger marketing projects, we can arrange events to promote a property.

Of course, successful property agency additionally requires a detailed market knowledge, well designed marketing material, finely tuned negotiating skills and, above all else, commitment and hard work.
