Adrian Howse BSc MRICS - Director

A chartered surveyor since 1986, Adrian spent the first seven years of his career in retail agency and development with London agents, Hillier Parker and Allsop & Co. In 1992, he set up Hindley Howse with Rod Hindley. Ten years later in 2002, Adrian set up Howse Associates Chartered Surveyors.

Over the last few years, Adrian has represented clients on some of the most important property and land transactions in Kent and Sussex.

Outside of work, Adrian likes to take his bike on long rides.

Richard Bone BSc MRICS - Consultant

Richard qualified as a chartered surveyor at West End property agency, Gooch & Wagstaff. He has since held senior posts with several major development companies including Waterglade, Taylor Wimpey, Berkeley Homes and Ward Homes. Richard is unusual in having a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial property development. He is currently advising clients on several major development projects throughout the South-East .

Out of the office, Richard is a keen supporter of Crystal Palace football club.
