• St James's Court, Wood Street, Tunbridge Wells - A former retirement home with flats for for 38 residents. Marketed by Howse Associates. Sold subject to planning for 11 houses.
• Jiskoot, Goods Station Road, Tunbridge Wells - A town centre site with planning consent for 28 flats. Marketed by Howse Associates. Sold to Peak Developers.
• The Red House Puplic House, Tonbridge - Acquired for Deacon Properties and sold with planning consent for 14 houses to McCulloch Homes.
• Telecom House, Church Road, Tunbridge Wells - Acquired for Crest Nicholson for a major residential development
• Decimus Park, Tunbridge Wells - A 175,000 sq ft industrial warehouse development. Howse Associates advised Terrace Hill and Cirrus Properties on the acquisition of the land and the subsequent marketing of the development.
• Connect 10, Foster Road, Ashford - Acquired for Premier Property Group. Howse Associates acted as joint marketing agent.
• Stag Trade Park, Longfield Road, Tunbridge Wells - Adrian Howse acted for the purchaser. The site was developed for six trade units. Occupiers include Kwik-Fit, Topps Tiles and Johnsons Paints
• Four acres site - East Hoathly, East Sussex - A village centre site. Howse Associates acted for Linden Homes (part of Galliford Try plc) who developed over forty houses, a surgery and offices.
• Medway Wharf Road, Tonbridge - A site for 70 dwellings acquired for Town and Country Housing Group.
• Longfield Road, Tunbridge Wells - A 1.5 acre development site with one existing building. Howse Associates acted for Ambit Group, who secured planning consent for a new trade park development.
