  • Four acres site - East Hoathly, East Sussex - A village centre site. Howse Associates acted for Linden Homes (part of Galliford Try plc) who developed over forty houses, a surgery and offices.
  • Medway Wharf Road, Tonbridge - A site for 70 dwellings acquired for Town and Country Housing Group.
  • Longfield Road, Tunbridge Wells - A 1.5 acre development site with one existing building. Howse Associates acted for Ambit Group, who secured planning consent for a new trade park development.
