Adrian Howse BSc MRICS - Director

Enterprise DinghyA chartered surveyor since 1986, Adrian spent the first seven years of his career in retail agency and development with London agents, Hillier Parker and Allsop & Co. In 1992, he set up Hindley Howse with Rod Hindley. Ten years later in 2002, Adrian set up Howse Associates Chartered Surveyors.

Over the last few years, Adrian has represented clients on some of the most important property and land transactions in Kent and Sussex.

Outside of work, Adrian likes to ride his bike and race his Solo sailing dinghy .

Ian Goemans BSc MRICS MRTPI - Consultant


Ian Goemans BSc FRICS DIp TP MRTPI - Consultant

Ian has been a qualified chartered town planner and chartered surveyor for some thirty years. He has a rich and diverse experience having worked in the planning departments of local authorities, health trusts and central London commercial property agency, Knight Frank. While Ian still regularly acts for several health trusts and local authorities on major planning projects, he also advises housing and commercial developers on complex planning issues.

Ian is a keen cyclist and participates most years in the London to Brighton ride. Weather permitting, he will even cycle to the office.

Richard Bone BSc MRICS - Consultant

Richard qualified as a chartered surveyor in the late 1970's while working at West End property agency, Gooch & Wagstaff. He has since held senior posts with several major development companies including Waterglade, Taylor Wimpey, Berkeley Homes and Ward Homes. Richard is unusual in having a wealth of experience in he both residential and commercial property development. He is currently advising clients on several major development projects throughout the South-East .

Out of the office, Richard is a keen supporter of Crystal Palace football club, where he regularly attends home games.
